I'm sure there will be those who will try, but it will be in vain. They'll likely throw money at the problem but nothing will change the hardened heart. That takes good parenting which includes having both parents present, instilling discipline, ethics, etc.

I definitely agree to that. The claim of Whites Europeans being predisposed to oppress or benefit is entirely dispelled by that.

Proverbs 22:6 says "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

While we're all the product of our environment. Suppose that one's environment is racist, then the chances of becoming one is great, but if that child is taught well then that child will stand as a light in the midst of darkness.

The public schools already teach students against racism, and racism is unpopular across the political spectrum and in churches so how is racism and discrimination still rampant?
