Cartoon aren't anime will never be anime simple as that.
Even if they paid a japanese studio to make the animation that won't make the series an anime it will be a simple cartoon just that (Afro Samurai,yasuke,heroman,astroboy remake,beyblade,big hero six,martin mistery,black dynamite,cannon busters,castlevania netflix,hammer boy,totally spies,the amazing spies and several titles more)
I wonder when those brutes will learn, is like making general memes and posting them on anime because they used an anime template (i thought anime stream was about anime related but using anime templates or general templates about anime)
