Yes i am a mega bird nerd that appears to be a white morph (if that's possible) House sparrow. notice the bill size and the faint hood of brown around the head. most likely a genetic rarity but definitely rare considering its color. and neat! Think about why there are white doves because of domestication so this house sparrow could be a result of that.

Thank you so much. I asked on some other sites also and that seems to be the consensus that it’s a color variant of a house sparrow.
and one person said its a clay colored sparrow. but everyone said it was rare.
