Spike can use mortals as a flesh costume. First, he shrinks down and enters through the stomach in molecular size. Then, he travels through the small intestine to get through to the brain. He then turned his top left tentacle as a sharp needle (completely painless and small as a molecule) to gain control of the vocal cords. He then injects a venom that numbs the mind of the host until further notice. He then with the bottom left tentacle, injects venom into the heart, infecting the entire bloodstream. The infected blood then infects the muscles, the muscles infect the bones, and the bones get significantly studied. Now, Spike has full control of the host, now he will consume you from the inside.
