Yep. And if crime was illegal, then several Biden family members would be behind bars. I’m pretty sure that Joe Biden never ever held a private sector job. Yet his home is a mansion. Gee, I wonder how that was paid for on just a government salary.

Exactly. But when politicians and prosecutors pick and choose which laws to enforce, in essence the crimes that aren’t prosecuted become pseudo-legal. Ditto for when edicts are issued about disallowing bail for crimes that are committed, and the criminals are set free without any jail time.
