I'm pretty sure he did. It must have been a challenge for something this major to go completely over someone's head. And even if somehow Luigi was completely oblivious to the election he was the leading candidate in, I still fail to see how that should have any effect on the democratic result. I'm sorry, but the people have already spoken and their answer was the Luigi will be the new owner, and not you. That's how this system works. Because if we can't accept the fair result of this little election, how can we possibly hope to have a stable general election next month?
