In 2021, a police officer from 1993 must try to capture a violent criminal in a totalitarian government owned by big corporations without any help from the pacifist unarmed future police force... in a world where meat, sports, alcohol, and swearing has been deemed unhealthy and immoral by the childlike populace while heterosexual procreation has been banned as illegal.
