In 1966, I enrolled in Tuition-Free San Fernando Valley State College (now CSUN). In 1967, he was sworn in as Governor. The rest, as they say, is history. You might consider reading it.

Shoot, if only the taught history at free colleges in California. There have been 3 dem governors since Regan. Why didn't they reinstate free tuition?
