I don't think she's exactly useless
Yeah, she doesn't have much Jutsu but it does show that she progresses a lot throughout the show
I just think she's very annoying
The fact that in the beginning, she was quite mean to Naruto and only cared for Sasuke
She also relies on Naruto quite a bit
I mean, she's alright but her personality is kinda "ehh"
