We need to have more people. If we have the same old people constantly being recycled, that isnt sending a good message to your supporters. You need something radical to grab people's attention. What about advertising in the paper?

Well we want new people, but we also need experienced people

Also if you're re-running you need to get into the people's minds

Have a congress recruitment program headed by veteran members to recruit the best and the brightest.

Okay, good idea, preferably people who have served in the past should be in congress

Beez botched Congress by doing nothing with it. With reform, we need to make sure this won't happen again

Hopefully you can restore Congress to its former glory. It was so active back when I was HOC.

Perhaps a term limit? Maybe the limit should be two consecutive terms, but you can be in congress with breaks in between as much as you want.
