I'm thinking Vaccines are God to a lot of people on the left.

I think it means the vaccine saves where you would normally expect to see Jesus Saves. But I think it was definitely meant to offend.

And we may yet find how wrong it was too :-/

I can't remember exactly, but your right about salva being Save, but it was about Vaccination Equality or something stupid that's why I used the equality part.
