Well, not all of us can think that far, that's why every government has legislators. And if he does all the thinking then no one will get a chance to brainstorm. What I think he is doing is encouraging everyone to contribute to the peace of this stream by thinking of laws that can help.

If you have something to suggest, there is your chance.

So let me ask you; why are you posting this about Wubbzy so openly?

I honestly dunno.

I suggest that next time if you have any issue with him go to him privately in a less frequented comment section or in a Memechat.

If the issue is not resolved, take 2-3 people with you. And if that still does not work, you may make that charge openly as you did here (Matthew 18:15-17).

What I had suspect that you are doing is that you're discreetly campaigning early by sowing seeds of doubt in the leadership for you or the behalf of the other. You said you earlier that you hate early campaigners, but people do lie and exaggerate.

I do not know you so today I will give you a benefit of doubt. But if you continue doing this without following the suggested protocol then my earlier suspicion would be correct.

Of course, you don't have to follow that model of protocol as you can follow your own so long as you have one that does not invite conflict.

To avoid conflict there must always be steps to avoid it.
