I think that is an pseudimmigriificant. Here is my reasoning. I found 'immigrification' which is where law enforcement treats natives as if they were immigrants. Because of the negative connotation I think this.

Pseudimmigrification would be where the non-legalistic consideration of the two groups would be equal. So an explorer and resident of a new land would consider themselves and followers to be pseudimmigrificating. Then they are pseudimmigrificants.

To consider a ramification. It might not be until immigrificating arises that a sense of country develops. Look at Australia which for the most part was unpopulated. Its self proclaimed miscreant colonizers may confuse cause with effect.

It may be that earlier pseudimmigrificants began to naturally identify with outsiders on the way to statehood. That is any isolated population with no history begins to identify with the disruption of further influx of individuals who inevitably drain previously idylic resources. There must always be this break point.

England noticing this bizarre process on a massive scale (for the first time in history possibly) may have rationalized it into backassward rule. If colonizers are now identifying with the bad aspect of colonization? Why not send bad colonists eg. residents of their overflowing prison system, to satisfy this anti-pseuddimmigrificate belief.
