OK. I have a little bit of time so I'll answer it in short.
If we look at it strictly in terms of biology with only an XX chromosome then Jesus would definitely be a woman.
But we forget that Jesus was God (John 1:1-3) who was in His incarnation became a man (John 1:14). Yes, Jesus was born from a virgin which is how He can legitimately be considered in the line of David (Matthew 1). Not only that, He acquired the nature of man as well (Hebrews 4:15).
Having said that, if God can take clay and make it into man (which is naturally impossible), then how can He not do also with Jesus making Him into man by adding the Y chromosome?
