“Personal responsibility” means I am responsible for myself. It does not mean I take responsibility for other people. Those other people also have “personal responsibility”, and are responsible for themselves.
You have the personal responsibility to keep yourself free of infection and if you do get infected, to not spread it.
Yet the people who go on and on and on about how they're the party of personal responsibility refuse to take any. They don't wear masks and actively spread misinformation or outright lies about masks. They won't social distance. They won't get the vaccine and actively spread actively spread misinformation or outright lies about the vaccine.
Huge numbers of medical doctors admit that masks are placebos rather than effective against microscopic viruses. Also if a vaccine WORKS then you can't get reinfected within a certain timeline. Therefore people objecting to being test subjects for untested vacines do not need to get vacinated to 'protect' others.
