Yeah I spent a long time. I even have a backstory where the box was found in a small village in Germany, where every inhabitant was dead with the box in the center of the village.

Anybody who is exposed to the song will continue hearing it until death, and see hallucinations of the box. Everybody that has been exposed to the music has died either due to lack of sleep or suicide. It's incredible kill count has gave it the name "Death in a Box". The music box appears to be sentient, and can speak to other SCPs telepathically. The box is also indestructible. Placing the box in SCP-914 will cause the machine to stutter and stop, before opening the doors like it's finished, with no change to the box. This happens on every setting.
