I spoke to a global mod who said that attack memes like that which "feature deleted comments that have been timered" are not allowed according to the ToS and, given the recent drama, they suggested I should unfeature it but Crooked_Scar refeatured it anyways so I will just leave it alone and not touch it since I did my job as a moderator.
