Although it will take the extra money the businesses have now for things like R and D, and new employees will take a hit.
But Again I have to wonder if Joe Biden knows what he's saying...

Watch there will not be more people unemployed While Joe Biden is president. Just look at the jobs that have been lost already, 11,000 for the Keystone Pipeline, and at least 5000 for the border wall. So Joe Biden wants to make people unemployed and raise taxes.
How does that work again?
And companies have done stock buy backs for years...I'm not always saying it's done ethically...but stock buy backs are not always done to line their own pockets.
