The Gubna of Colorado said that you can be inside without a mask if 80% of the people in the building were vaccinated. So, I put my vaccination card on a lanyard to wear around my neck and then went to both the pet store and the grocery store with no mask on.
I felt like Rosa Friggin' Parks! No one said shit to me. If anyone would have I would have told them it was their responsibility to make sure that they had 80% vaccinated people in their establishment and the Gubna said I didn't have to wear a friggin' mask.
Seriously though, I've come to the conclusion that employees are probably told the same thing about non-mask wearers as they are about shoplifters, don't confront, let them go.
