I would only add:
"So what happens when you have excess products, does he get to keep them?"
"No, I do. I get to keep all excess profits. Only then, do I pay him 6 dollars for his efforts."
"For the products he made with the machines he made?"
"Yup."

This is garbage logic. Take this advice from someone who's worked in the private and public sector, the private sector is way more productive than the public sector, whoever is the boss in the private sector has earned that role with sweat, blood and tears. The public sector advances the most incompetent and lazy until it's ultimately non functioning and even then instead of actually fixing the problem they just throw more money at it.
What you're advocating is called socialism and it doesn't work.

Where does it say I'm advocating this? Stop jumping to conclusions.
