My dad works at a hospital and he does not get the vaccine. All of his co workers who did got sick less than a day later

There's a lot of people dying that aren't counted as a vaccine death and there's a lot of people dying from other causes and counted as a covid death. That vaccine has not been proven to be effective against covid and the long term effects are unknown. These vaccines could potentially dwarf covid deaths but hey, bill gates wouldn't mind.
