That would be terrible for the community. Imagine if a bunch of trolls or a troll with a bunch of alt accounts was able to use this ability. They would basically unfeature the entire site. Moderators may not always take something you have flagged down, but rest assured that all the other 99.99% of good content is not in any danger of being taken away because of some trolls.
