Good for them. I still don't want it. There's no good reason for me to take any of these "vaccines" and there are several clear reasons not to.

well there are the reasons that it will lower the chances of you dying from covid and spreading it to others. at least one of those is pretty good.

But it won’t. People who get the vaccine are still supposed to “social distance” and wear masks and all that garbage. That’s what our overlords keep telling us.

You fail.

i win. because i understand the logic. it's you who fail, kid. you're not smart enough to understand and not trusting of the CDC scientists. oh well. good luck to the people in your county.

What logic is that? Let people who will bear no costs for catastrophic failure perform medical experimentation on you to prevent something with a *tiny* chance of killing you?

ok but this is my last try. after this, it's on you.

social distancing lowers risk, it doesn't eliminate it.
masks reduce risk, they don't eliminate it.
the vaccines reduce risk, they don't eliminate it.

individually, each tactic is insufficient to snuff the virus. together, tho, the reductions of risk multiply so as to make the overall risk small. the risk is smallest and the death count will be the lowest if we maintain *all* tactics to the end.

and just as important, you're not the only person in the equation. the CDC recommendations are aimed at minimizing the risk for the entire population, which in turn will reduce the risk for each individual. if millions of people refuse the vaccine, the overall death count is higher. so a big part of following the recommendations is caring about strangers. maybe several strangers following the recommendations has already saved your life several times.

Would you buy a car from a company that specifically requested they cannot be sued if the car fails in a way that harms the passengers and got that exemption?

no i wouldn't but 1) the chances of getting injured by a car are much greater and 2) the car is not produced exclusively to save my life and 3) my car is not going to save anyone else's life

Why wouldn't you drive such a car?

ah i see your point. you're only waiting until the vaccine comes with a satisfaction guarantee. very wise. go with another guaranteed vaccine or just hope you're not one of the young people who die from it.

Or, maybe I don't take the experimental medical treatment whose manufacturer has specifically gotten itself exempted from liability because there's no pressing reason to. It's not the world-ending catastrophe we were sold. It never was.

Oh no! I caught covid! I only have a 999 chance in 1000 of surviving! Whatever shall I do?

What about the people who've apparently been killed by the vaccines? Anything to say about them?

sure. how is dying by covid better?

Well, for one thing, I have a very low chance of it happening. As I said, it appears to almost exclusively kill the aged and infirm. I'm neither. The vaccines? It looks like anybody can die from those.

so, to summarize: you're ok and you don't mind spreading it
0 ups, 4y
I'm not sick, dumbass. People who aren't sick don't get other people sick.

to summarize in an even simpler form that's less challenging for you: you don't mind catching it and spreading it.

Besides, I have it on good authority that the not-vaccines are turning people gay.
