Seems to me one of the greatest signifiers of those possessing mental health is that they're able to differentiate fact from fiction - no matter who espouses such - and able to call out falsehoods whenever they occur. Funny how those in the GOP party that are telling the truth about the election being completely legitimate and that Trump lost fair and square are all currently being demonized by his cult followers. That to me demonstrates signs of mental illness.

Since when does anyone need a doctorate in psychiatry to ascertain cognitive mental disfunction and/or illness in another? That's something any mentally healthy individual can easily spot and is even discussed with 1st year psychology students (which just happens to be one of four post secondary diplomas/degrees I currently hold).
