I hate what happened to him, it was inexcusably wrong. At the same time one has to wonder how those victimized by his armed robbery feel about seeing streets, parks and squares named after the person who wronged them?

I don't disagree with the manslaughter, but he was also convicted of murder and apparently being a racist... which of course he was never on trial for except in public opinion. But that's not how the court system is supposed to work.

Yeah, I would have to disagree with that. You can't prove that shit in court. Racism had nothing to do with this and is all but impossible to prove in court, which is why he wasn't being charged with a hate crime.
