One time i was really looking for emeralds and i thot i saw one but it was diamonds

Even tho i just started that world i was somewhat dissapointed

Seems kind of strange people would confuse the two. First of all diamond ore is shiny and light blue, while lapis is really dark blue and the texture is different than most ores

Too me, raw away lapis just looks like coal ore or something like that.

Lapis is sometimes good. I mean I am ready for the haters, but how are you gonna get those good enchantmens without it? I mean it isn't ideal for starters but at least it is something!
