Idk if you could lift a tungsten plate. It’s also very brittle so it would only stop a few rounds before potentially breaking. I might be wrong. Also a mini gun would be very impractical. Maybe try a Kriss Vector chambered in .45 ACP. You can more easily hit targets more efficiently.
