May I criticize the Xi regime, or will that be punished? May I criticize Putin? Or must my criticisms be limited to "the West?"

I would stick to criticizing the West. People who make comparisons between the ills of the Chinese and Russian governments in the merican government ignore the genocidal wars of conquest and financial submission the US has continuously engaged in since the end of world War II. China and Russia do not dot the world map with 800 military bases nor are they prosecuting a dozen wars nor engaging in covert destabilization of dozens of governments. Most of the criticism of them in the mainstream media is in fact the propaganda of empire, especially the talk of human rights from a country like the US.
