If you broke, cooked, and ate the same two eggs then the answer is four.
If you broke, cooked, and ate different eggs each time, then the answer is still four. Two are just broken and the other two are just cooked.

Alternatively, you have six eggs. Nothing in the riddle says that the two that you broke, cooked, and ate came from the original batch of six.
