Can you make me the owner of the comic stream? The owner hasn't posted anything on 2 months

Unfortunately I cannot actually. By the books, streams may only be claimed if the stream owner has not been active at all in the community for 2 months, not just posting for 2 months. It seems that TheAngryFish has been active as of the last couple of days, so if you would like to request stream ownership then you could send them a message and see if they would grant you owner status. Otherwise, there's not anything to be done.
