Toto is name of the pictured dog actor from The Wizard of Oz (1939).
Toto is also the name of the rock band whose biggest hit, Africa, was released in 1982 and is still heard today. The chorus' lyrics include the line "I miss the rains down in Africa".
It's now up to Toto to follow the yellow brick road to the Emerald City to ensure the Wizard removes these errant shirts from his kingdom.
(Oh, the t-shirt features a picture of Africa, not Asia. But you already knew that, right?)

Thanks. Africa got lots of airplay but my favorite Toto song was their first single Hold The Line (1978).
