SCP 682 is currently and unkillable reptile that has adapted to everything the foundation has thrown at it. It has even repelled attacks from other SCPs including scps 173 and 096, the most shocking termintion test was that of 409 which is a crystal that infects anything that touches it besides quarts for some reason. Long story short, 409 is a crystal, if it achieves physical contact with anything, crystals begin to grow on the person for a period of time before either it completely covers the entity or object or it explodes (it explodes anyway, usually killing or causing massive trauma). Anyways, when 682 was exposed to 409, crystallization stops at 62% conversion (it usually doesn’t stop until the entity is completely converted). It shattered and 682 didn’t die. 682 is as far as the world knows, unkillable. There is another scp that has the same world as ours after going through a cave but all life is completely dead, even 682 which meant some anomaly killed 682 in that universe. Moving on. 682 is contained in a cell with hydrochloric acid to hinder it’s regeneration. It will usually eventually regenerate itself and become strong enough to break out but not for some time.
One more thing, SCP 682 hates most life, especially humans.
