The best way to solve problems is with multiple ideas. Democrats only want 1 idea, theirs.

I read through the bill, and while my sense is that it's unconstitutional, I'm sure it will fly through our assembly and be signed by our bozo governor. I'm mot a lawyer, nor a constitutional expert by any stretch (but I'm sure that much is obvious!) so I can't say for sure that it's unconstitutional

It's pretense is being specific, but to me seemed rather vague in its definition of what is hate and a hate group. I'm not sure how it could be used against Christians, unless the church with which theyh are affiliated is somehow twisted into being considered a hate group, which seems rather extreme. But hey, we are talking about Corruptifornia here. As for conservatives, I'm sure once this bill passes, the dumbocrats running this state will declare the republican party to be a hate group.

It is just a matter of time (and could be happening as I am typing this) before the America left comes out and claims the Bible is hate speech. They are so close to doing that right now. Canada already has declared it hate speech and they did that several years ago.

Vague speech in a bill is a tool. It gives politicians the leeway to stretch the meaning to do really horrific things. Then they can hide behind what they said the bill would and you will never see them do those horrific things.

All three branches of our federal government do not care about the constitutionality of anything. If they did then the legislative and judicial branches would squashed all of Obama's Executive Orders and Executive Actions that created law. That would have stopped Trump and Biden from using EO's to unconstitutionally write law. Only the legislative branch can write law.
