Hi memecentral.42069.com, I am sorry you're having that difficulty with your dad, struggling to find a way to deal with those Tics. Since he barred you from getting help from doctors, what were his his remedies, he suggested, for you to use?
He didn't suggest anything. He suggested going on a diet and not eating red dye 40. It seems good but its almost impossible for me to keep a goal, I am pretty unhealthy, and I am already really skinny. (is 90 pounds a good weight for me? I'm 4'11") I never got suggested anything else.
I would go to your guidance counsellor and tell him/her everything.

Hi memecentral.42069.com, the first question I would like to ask exactly what triggers your tics? A lot of my friends have tics and they usually try to avoid triggers. Another thing is I think your dad has a couple of wrong ideas. My second question: Is your mom available? She could probably advocate for you. Either way you need to tell your mom about your dad and if she doesn’t listen tell your grandma or your school counselor. In all honesty I think that managing tics must be really hard so good luck
I don't have a trigger. I usually self diagnose but I believe it could be from adhd (I have several symptoms). My tics happen as they please.
My mom always seems tired and I don't want to bother her. Honestly I don't like talking face to face because I'm afraid I'll get yelled at or judged. I've tried to help myself but I think I already made things worse enough with me.

Thanks for the information. Self diagnosing could be a problem as it is not always accurate. I say as I have self diagnosed anxiety lol. If you truly believe that you have tics or adhd then you may want to talk to a trusted adult. About your mom, why does she feel tired? Is it because of her work? And about speaking to others about it, if you need help sometimes schools have a “See Something Say Something” page where you can anonymously tell about problems. Lastly don’t be afraid to ask for help if you keep problems in and let it build up like water behind a dam then eventually it will burst and you can hurt yourself. If you need help you need to do it for yourself, don’t hold back.
My mom is always tired because she works. And my school doesn't have a see something say something. I really want to tell someone but I just don't know. I only told my friends and they don't try to get help for me. Probably because we joke around.

Well just try telling them hey guys I really really need help with this
My tics have calmed down a lot lately and I can sometimes go a day without them. But I haven't yet. I've actually talked with my counsellor but for a different topic (bullying and self hate). They haven't contacted my parents, but I'm doing decent enough.
WELL, MY TICS ARE GETTING BAD. I SHOULD GET HELP. "HEY DAD, DO YOU THINK I COULD GO TO THE DOCTORS FOR-; *ALL SORTS OF BULLCRAP ABOUT DOCTORS BEING EVIL, ME HAVING A PHASE, AND OTHER CRAP*
