But sounds are physical, not language. Language is just the meaning of sounds, we're talking in English right? Wifi signals and air are just mediums for words to travel, it becomes language only in your brain.

And the ideas in our brain wouldn't exist if we hadn't heard the vibrations, so language is basically physical. It's like thinking of a song, you don't hear the vibrations but the vibrations make the song.
It's possible for a language to exist based only off of text and no sound, but... no language like that exists today. And I think we cannot think in that language if it has no sound.

Blind people could think in sound, you don't really "see" or "hear" anything when you think- so it's understandable that blind people would think in the one sense they rely most on, their hearing.
I don't know if it's possible, but we can think up physical sensations too. Like we can imagine hot and cold. But we don't usually do that, when we think of cold- we picture ice, we don't think of the feeling of being cold. But maybe blind people could develop that sort of mind, to think of sensations.
