In order to do that, you'd have to break everything down to neighborhood. Because there are states and cities with predominately white population with minimal crime, and unfortunately areas in other cities where majority are Mexicans and blacks with a high crime rate. Duante Wright wasn't a felon, he had not been convicted of a felony. He missed a court zoom call for two misdemeanor offenses.
