Still won't work, it hasn't been 100% confirmed that you can't just build higher to escape the warden but i assume that if mojang is aware and taking action of the stacking blocks cheese problem they might as well make it as uncheeseable as possible, my best guess for how mojang will do this is that the warden will possibly have a range attack where the souls from it's ribcage will come out of it and strike you
