Well thank GOD MARINES HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR FOUR YEARS! Try to do some research. It is obvious you have NO IDEA OF how standards are upheld. You still have to already be Qualified within a career field. Trainee is not a protected carreer.

You are incorrect. A person can enlist for 2 years with an acive or inactive reserve starus of up to 6 additional yrs. That means 2 years active. Is requires. Anyone ever serving in an inactive reserve status understands it is not the same. Perhaps your recruiter did not disclose all the options to you. It happens.

Only the Navy, and US Army allows for a 2 year active enlistment.

If you cannot qualify for a career, you get booted.

Now, let's get back to the point of the length of enlistment, troop.

You dont qualify for the next two years, amd they will disco you, and see later, troop.
