*kap kan gives shadow a ussr military training paper* join if you want to be like me or tachanka or your teacher

Kap kan: make sure your parents sign it its a 6 month contract after that you become a soldier or police officer

Shadow: Shoot. My parents died.

Kap kan:adopted parents? If not I need that paper back
