Not a single contractor that I know of is a CORPORATION. Maybe a limited liability company, but not a corporation...I dont know of any plumbing or electrical contractors that have issued stocks, even of it is only 1 stock to themselves....you know because that is how a corporation is structured, public or privately held...

I dont know what state you are working in, but in Florida, an S Corp is a type of LLC.

An S Corp is a tax classification, FEDERALLY. Has nothing to do with the state you're in. See, owned again.

IF the democrats were genuine in their desire to tax the rich and corporations, they wouldn't pretend to raise tax rates. They would close all the loop holes or create a flat tax. That's not gonna happen because politicians would no longer get rich taking money to keep the rich and corporations from paying taxes.
