May be taboo, but to gain a full picture of the MAGA movement, we have to examine its significant intersection with Christianity

As MAGA followers themselves would argue, you can’t understand Islamic terrorism without understanding Islam.

Similarly, you can’t hope to understand MAGA without understanding how it intersects with the majority faith it aligns with: Christianity, esp. evangelicalism.

As a lib-left Christian who's political beliefs mostly align with the Democratic Party (except i'm pro-life and neutral about lgbtq), I completely agree with you. Matthew 24:24 states that there will be many false christs ahead of you, and I believe that white nationalism is one of them. Look up the podcast Complicated-ish, made by a Christian rapper, and find the episode "Christianity Vs. Nationalism". That podcast really explains the difference between being a Christian and being a nationalist. As a final note, I consider people like those at Westboro Baptist Church to be a disgrace to my religion. I mean, how is anyone ever going to want to convert to Christianity if we literally carry signs that say "God hates you"?

I'm totally opposed to homosexuality in regards to myself, but support it in regards to my gay friends.
