Indeed, we're still not certain whatsoever of what actual powers, if any, Congress has. It seems it's basically: whatever powers Scar wants to give us. And so far that has been: Not a lot. (Even assuming our anti-insurrectionism bill had passed, it appears he would have been prepared to "veto" it)

On the topic of voting!

On the off-chance that we do have any power to set election procedures: I drafted a bill that helps streamline the voter certification/challenge process so that there is no confusion next time.

All it really does is codify what actually happened in the last election. Should be pretty non-controversial IMO.

I think things to do with how elections work are MOSTLY up to scar. but, yes, I think voter registration is a necessity.
