You can try to convince her by saying that it's better to go to a mixed school
Some parents that had to go to an only boys/only girls school now know that this kind of education is no longer concieved as positive and if they could they would chose to not have gone there.
Basically, education on this kind of schools (at least on my country) are supported by christian groups and have a sexist education, and they have a skirt uniform for girls, and only long trousers for boys and all this.

How hard can it be? It's TWO letters!

As someone with an abusive (mostly mental but physical too) mother, saying no was EXTREMELY difficult growing up. I still have issues saying no or just honestly speaking my mind. Idk if Non-binary_Gummyworm’s mom is like that at all (I hope not), but that’s my take on it.

Like a feminist support group. It makes them feel independent with no need for a man and they learn to work for themselves and rely on their friends rather than conforming to men. It is also because a majority of people are cis and straight. Having a primarily one biological sex school cuts down on sexual misconduct and there is less fear of sexual assault.

You should not be offended but instead, impressed. It is impressive that based simply on outer biological sex we can cut down on misconduct and make work more efficient. It is even more impressive that women can learn to be free of a man in this environment. Don't simply look at the negative, Also look at the positive. Not everything that doesn't cater to your identity is bad or offensive. Some of it is simply following the majority to benefit the nation. Be happy for the women in that environment, not upset for the people who aren't (=

It is not sexist. It is actually feminist for congregating girls together to be free from a man. Those girls learn to function without having to conform to men and allows them see each other as equals or ranked by intelligence. Instead of by gender.

Just because it caters to cis-gender does not make it sexist. It simply makes it that kind of school.

I didn't like french fries.
I had to eat them all the time.

Most definitely. You spend enough time with a sexual drive around a certain gender and just like eating a bunch of food you don't like, Eventually, you stop caring and start to like it.
