You can be punished for what you say anytime, such as, Not getting a job, getting framed in government, that's gonna hurt. Threatening someone, also punishable. Same sh*t here, so we do have free speech.

Specifically, free speech is the fact that the government cannot punish you for what you say about them. You have the right to insult the government and they cannot stop you, so long as you do not do something illegal while speaking out about them.
The people in charge of Imgflip CAN punish you for what you say about them, and therefore free speech does not exist here.

Well, I don't even understand what he means to accomplish with war. What does he plan to do, just spam the stream? With the amendments I suggested, it would be clear that even people who support the war wouldn't get banned. Only people who go ask someone to launch or help them launch an attack, or participate in one that is happening, will be banned from running. Also, this doesn't apply to anyone who did in the past.
