Sooga Aishi
He has the ability to summon any kind of weapon, but he needs a part of the weapon, like if he wants to make a sword, he will need iron; if he wants to make a bow and arrows, he needs string and sticks; if he wants to make a gun, he will need gun powder.
He is about 6’3”, has green eyes and dark blue hair. Other than his ability he looks like a normal person
