Unlike a lot of people here, I'm aware he's got a life outside of imgflip and know he's too busy on the weekends to be on imgflip. That's fine. A couple guys on here are acting like him not being online everyday is an impeachable offense. This is nonsense. It's a roleplay presidency, he doesn't need to be at our beck and call.
BUT...
We wanna hear from Beez at some point. We are sick of you running things in his absence. You are not the president. You are not the vice president. You dropped out of the election.
You are an appointed (ceremonial) politician just like me and are not in charge of the stream. We are very unhappy with you making decisions in his absence. So make him available to answer questions and stop acting like a co-president.

Since Day 1 of his Presidency, Beez has faced unfair calls for his impeachment and, now that that option has been taken off the table due to its abuse and the toxicity it helped create, faces calls for his resignation. Simply for doing the job the voters put him here to do: Fight Nazi trolls. In the face of all this unfair hostility it is no wonder he has pared back.

However, the Beez Administration is hard at work every day. Don't assume that because you don't see him posting memes or commenting in public that he's lost interest in the stream or is doing nothing. Allow me to peel back the curtain a little bit.

1. Beez activity behind-the-scenes: I am in touch with Beez on a daily basis regarding the ongoing troll problem here. I know others are too. We've scored multiple notable victories since my last press conference. Per global mod instruction that we are not to provoke them, I will spare you the details.

2. Delegation: Beez chose a very capable SOD in The_Right-Minded_Knight. When you see RMK commenting, or Dr_Iceu as VP, or myself commenting as Press Secretary, that is also the Beez Administration at work. Beez doesn't need to do everything himself. Delegation of authority is a lesson in leadership and organization-building.

3. Other Imgflip activity: Beez is a productive and valuable contributor to other streams. A good lesson to keep in mind: Your life on Imgflip shouldn't be confined to this stream. This stream has become, by most people's admission, pretty toxic. So, take a step back every once in awhile. Pursue your creativity elsewhere, on Imgflip and in your real life.

tl;dr You need to calm down. Beez has no plans to resign. If you don't like his leadership, advocate for and choose a different candidate in the upcoming campaign that is just around the corner.
