I, too, have struggled with this for a long time
And the simple yet elegant solution of making an alt account solely for the purpose of creating new streams only occurred to me within the last week
Make a new stream with your alt, mod and assume ownership with your main account: Easy peasy!
The 10 stream ownership limit is kinda pointless though: shouldn't Imgflip be encouraging rather than throttling creativity?
