Some of the streams have fickle mods. Some of the streams have busy mods. A month or so ago I submitted a bunch of memes I liked and a couple of them never got approved or disapproved. They just sat there for a week til i deleted em. So the mod thought i was spamming and ignored em rather than touching em.
On dark humor the mods are overwhelmed at certain times if the day. If I submitted in the late night or early morning it takes 3 minutes to get em up. If I submit in prime time, it takes hours.

They should automate the system, if you have 50000 points or more, and a decent disciplinary record, then memes should be automatically approved. And rely on the flagging system.

If your memes and comments are occasionally unacceptable you will suffer for it by slow approvals.

50k points doesn't take long to reach. Maybe 500k

Maybe, but the cut off should cover most new memes, I'm not sure if most come from experienced members or not.

I think the mods were having difficulties on each stream because they were approving images in each stream and SMH it takes forever to feature them.

It takes one click to approve a meme. When you're looking at the approval queue, they're stacked up with this toolbar available on each meme.

Seriously, one click.

Even if it was difficult, it doesn't explain why a meme created recently gets approved before a meme that's been waiting 14 hours.

There's definitely some discrimination towards those with unpopular opinions/beliefs. Plus there's tons of jealousy & hating on here. Not everyone but some. It's all good though. I just keep a meming & 😁. I feel for ya.

It really pissed me off when it happened to me too. Especially when a memes gets bout 200 views in first hour unfeatured & you're all psyched up cause that never happens but they hating jealous & just let it sit

That's what happens when a stream is badly administered.

And, as I suspected, when these were approved - they showed up on the 2nd and 4th page of the new filtered stream.

Wish I were a mod there because this happens way too often.
