Just you. Since I can't find half of Congress when I need em, we can't have six levels of meetings, debates and pre votes.
As long as someone [in Congress] puts a bill up here and you sign off on it, we should be allowed to vote right then.

I'm not sure we should vote on every single proposal that's backed by just one person. That would cause lots of time-wasting votes that will not get much done

I can't find all the people who are in Congress. My bill needs a two thirds majority to override the president's veto and I can't find the guys who are AFK to make em vote...

I think we could try to pass something I believe KylieFan suggested, where if someone is absent for too long, their lack of a vote as not counted toward the total for getting the 2/3. If only 3 people are ever on, then 2 of them have to support it, while the 3 absent ones arent counted toward or against.

And maybe it could be something of a "one more than half" instead of set in stone 2/3. That way, 80% of people participating don't have to vote yay when one person is absent, but 60% would work fine. Idk if that would be something for this or the constitution, though.

That would have to be written into the constitution. Until we pass a constitution we are currently under US common law. So it has to be a 2/3 majority.

But I need the NAMES of everyone in Congress. I gotta track down another vote. I only got 5 votes and I need another one. And everyone is AFK.
