People seem to be so worried about me being a monarch/dictator, and I would hate to live up to that, so I can't just go making judgments however I want, now can I?

I just said I was questioning the matter, because lately I've been getting a lot of hate from a select few users claiming I act as a dictator/monarch on this stream, and banning Richard without having an agreed upon document stating I have the power to do so, might make me look like a dictator *shrug*

I banned him from being part of this government before you announced that only you can ban users, so technically he is still banned? idk who even makes the rules of a roleplay, or who determines what is what

Technically I make the rules, but I try and include people in decision making. I tried to get a definite set of rules in place, but a lot of people said no and I haven't counted in a little. It's been about a month and still no real ideas for a constitution other than my own. Oh well *shrug*

So then we're left with me making all the shots, or none of them. Last time I tried to step back, we had a big mess with impeachment, so I had to take that power for myself. Now though, I'm being accused of acting like a dictator/monarch, so if I decide to ban Richard without having it in writing agreed upon by the stream that I have the power to do so, there are gonna be people whining at me for that.

Maybe we could write the rules such as no cheating elections with clear consequences, but only enforce offenses post-ratification
